Lets take a look....

Since November 9th 2015 until Dec 9th 2015

Lake Rosseau
1 cottage sold for 2.6Million in Little Morgan Bay.
3 cottages sold last year during this time.

Lake Joseph
2 cottages have sold between 5,999,000 - 12.5Million.  A record for the Big 3 lakes.
No cottages sold last year at this time.

Lake Muskoka
5 cottages have sold between $295,000 - $3,145,000.
15 cottages sold last year during this time.

Lake of Bays
3 cottages have sold between $633,000 - $2,182,000.
Up from last year, 2 cottages sold last year.

If the weather stays this mild I am sure more sales are in the works!
