I have had to take my Muskoka buyers to Parry Sound and Haliburton to find them a property.
Cottages that have been listed for two seasons are flying off the shelves.
I have been in multiple offers, something that Muskoka hasn't seen a lot of. Properties are going for over asking. If you wait on offering the cottage could be gone the next day.
My colleague has said she has not seen it like this in 32 years! This reminds me of Toronto when I left 6 years ago, something I have not experience here in Cottage country.
All in all I love this market and it makes for very serious clients so I am greatul for that!
