Why is this cottage called IT'S IDEAL in Muskoka? When the owners walked into the cottage many years ago they both looked at one another and said in unison "It's Ideal"!

This property is magnificent.
This free-flowing cottage is a 4500 sq. foot Muskokan gem. With pine ceilings, 2 wood burning fireplaces, fully finished basement, muskoka room and an inviting wrap-around deck.

Sunshine and light flood in from the generous windows taking advantage of the home’s desirable west and south west exposure.

It's Ideal is a property unlike any other on the market today. With 385 feet of owned West-shore exposure and ample room for family and friends.

With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths; reading room, den and office in the main cottage, you can host all of your family and friends. If you don't want to stay in the main cottage there is a 2 bed bunkie where you can choose to fall asleep to the sounds of gentle lapping waves.
The oversized heated garage with loft and built in sofa beds are a wonderful place for the kids to play and spend time playing pool.

The dock at It's Ideal is a fun gathering place in and of itself; there is a mini bar equipped with a fridge and sink; the water is 8 ft. deep at the end of the dock and with 2 slips there is ample room for boats to dock. This dock is a fun summer focal point.
