Yesterday it was 8.5 degrees in Muskoka, one year ago we had so much snow you couldn't see outside.
It is still a perfect time to buy a cottage right before the holidays.  You can still see the the bottom of the lake to see if it is deep, shallow, mucky or rocky.  You can tell if the lot is level, too steep, grassy or full of pine needles and you can still ...
