Multiple Offers on Lake of Bays in Muskoka

I just had two Offers for my listing on Lake of Bays. The property was reduced from $1,595,000 to $1,295,000 and it just goes to show that when you price something at Market Value it will sell. Don't overprice yourself out of the Muskoka market - Buyer's are savvy. I always give my Seller's the honest value of their property based on fact - I don't want them to waste a season that is only 5 months long.
