I have been asked many times if there will be any deals in Muskoka in the fall. Not usually.  I say to people if you like something don't wait until the fall to see if you can get a deal.  Most cottage owners will close the cottage up in November and then relist  next season.However, if you want to try to get it for less what's the harm in putting in an Offer - you never know.
