How many listings over 1,000,000 on Lake Muskoka?

Greetings;
Currently there are 7 waterfront listings over 1,000,000 dollars on lake Muskoka in Muskoka.  Cottage country is slower right now; is it the weather or  will it be low inventory this season?  I can't want for cottage seasons to begin.
